What the job is

What you will do

You will manage the nursing staff in the surgical unit, making sure everyone follows hospital policies and procedures. You will handle human resources tasks such as hiring, training, and disciplining staff according to employment laws. What you need

You must be a Registered Nurse currently registered with the South African Nursing Council and have at least 5 years of nursing experience. You should be skilled in using Microsoft Office programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel, and have knowledge of the Kronos System. A commitment to improving processes and mentoring staff is also important.
