What the job is
We are looking for a skin therapist to join Dermalogica in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will work with the world’s number one skincare brand. Your role is to help customers with their skin needs and sell Dermalogica products. You will also perform skin treatments and keep the store looking great.

What you will do
- Give skin treatments following Dermalogica’s standards.
- Meet sales targets every month and track daily goals.
- Talk to new customers, do skin checks, and update their records after each visit.
- Help customers choose the right products and follow up with them after their visit.
- Take part in store activities like meetings, training, and promotions.
- Keep the treatment area and store clean and well-stocked.

What you need
- A skin care qualification (minimum 2 years full-time study).
- At least 2 years of experience as a skin therapist.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends.
- Good at talking to customers and selling products.
- Self-motivated and confident.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with Dermalogica is a plus.
