What the job is
We are looking for a skin therapist to work at the Dermalogica store in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will help customers with their skin care needs and sell Dermalogica products. This is a full-time job where you will be part of a team that loves skin care and helping people look and feel their best.

What you will do
- Give skin treatments and follow Dermalogica’s rules and standards.
- Meet sales targets every month and keep track of daily goals.
- Talk to new customers, do skin checks, and update their records after each visit.
- Help customers choose the right products and follow up with them after their visit.
- Take part in store activities like meetings, training, and promotions.
- Keep the store clean and stocked with products.

What you need
- A skin care qualification (minimum 2 years full-time study).
- At least 2 years of experience as a skin therapist.
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for sales and talking to customers.
- Self-motivated and confident.
- Good with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Dermalogica is a plus.
