What the job is
We are looking for a skin therapist to join our team at the Dermalogica store in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will work with the world’s number one skincare brand. Your job is to help customers with their skin needs, sell products, and represent the Dermalogica brand.

What you will do
Give skin treatments following Dermalogica’s standards. Meet sales targets and track daily goals. Talk to customers, do skin checks, and update their records after each visit. Help customers choose the right products and follow up with them after their visit. Keep the store clean and stocked. Attend store meetings and training. Help with promotions and unpacking new stock.

What you need
You must have a skin care qualification (NQF Level 4) and at least 2 years of experience. You should be good at talking to customers and selling products. You must be able to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends. You should know how to use Microsoft Office. Experience with Dermalogica is a plus.
