Skin Therapist - Cape Town

What the job is Dermalogica is looking for a skin therapist to work in their Cape Town, Western Cape store. You will help customers with skin care treatments and sell Dermalogica products. This is a full-time job where you will move between different stores as needed.

What you will do Give skin treatments following Dermalogica’s rules. Meet sales targets and track daily goals. Talk to customers to understand their skin needs and keep records of their visits. Help customers choose the right products and follow up with them after their visit. Keep the treatment area clean and stocked. Help with store activities like meetings, workshops, and promotions.

What you need You must have a skin care qualification (NQF Level 4) and at least 2 years of experience. You should be comfortable working retail hours, including evenings and weekends. You must be good at talking to customers and selling products. You should be self-motivated and know how to use Microsoft Office. Experience with Dermalogica is a plus.
