What the job is

What you will do

What you need

You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Property Studies, or Land Economics. Professional membership with the Real Estate Advisory Council is required. You need at least 7 years of experience in property development, facilities management, and administration, with 5 of those years in a management role. Knowledge of property and fleet laws, asset valuations, and outsourced management models is essential.
