What the job is

What you will do

You should be good at managing people, handling multiple tasks, and knowing the best practices in customer service, including call centers, billing, and revenue collection. You must also understand utility regulations and be able to create and track performance metrics. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to train and guide staff are essential.
