This is a full-time job as a Customer Service Advisor at Huntswood in Umhlanga, Durban. What you will do:

You will use multiple systems to find order details and provide accurate information to customers. You must communicate policies, delays, or problems in a professional and caring way, even when delivering bad news. The role requires handling back-to-back calls while staying focused, accurate, and maintaining good documentation. You will also take part in regular coaching sessions to improve your customer service skills.

What you need:
You should have at least one year of experience in international customer service, preferably dealing with end-to-end customer queries. Experience with USA or Australian campaigns is a plus. You must be comfortable using around 15-20 different systems or tools to assist customers. The role requires empathy, confidence, and the ability to stay positive under pressure.
