This is a permanent position as a Claims Recovery Specialist with Huntswood, an insurance company based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. You will work in the claims department, helping customers with insurance recovery claims. The role focuses on providing fair and timely solutions while following strict guidelines to ensure customers are treated properly.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand and resolve customer issues.
- Manage claims from start to finish, including lodging, updating, and adjusting claims.
- Assist with escalated cases and collaborate with other teams.
- Provide high-quality service via email and phone for local and international clients.

**Requirements:**
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance claims (preferably international).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and numerical skills.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
