This is a full-time position as a Claims Recovery Handler with Huntswood, based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The role focuses on handling insurance recovery claims for customers, ensuring fair and timely resolutions while following strict guidelines. You will work closely with a team that values customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with insurance recovery claims via phone and email.
- Process claims from start to finish, updating details and making adjustments.
- Resolve customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with teams to address complex issues and escalate complaints.
- Maintain high standards of customer service for international clients.

**Requirements:**
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance claims (international preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Computer literacy.
- RE 5 and FAIS certifications preferred.
