Time and Attendance Administrator

Assmang is looking for a skilled and dedicated Time and Attendance Administrator to join their team at the Black Rock Mine Operations, located about 80 kilometers northwest of Kuruman in the Northern Cape. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee time and attendance records, including running daily attendance reports and submitting them to relevant parties. - Update the Firefly system with training and induction access details, ensuring old access is blocked. - Run and distribute reports such as Substance reports, AWOP (Absenteeism Without Official Permission), and Sick Leave reports. - Manage employee time clocking statuses, ensuring employees are on correct shifts and granting temporary transfers when needed. - Capture standby employees on the intranet and distribute the standby list weekly. - Verify and update pre-authorized overtime and standby details in Firefly. - Process pre- and post-approvals of events and compile various reports like Early Leavers, Late Starters, and Sick Leave reports. - Work closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate time and attendance data. - Maintain the Time and Attendance system by entering exception hours worked and other employee data daily. - Print, sort, and distribute payroll reports for verification and adjustment by supervisors.

Requirements: - Grade 12 certificate (Matric). - At least 2 years of experience in Time and Attendance, Access Control, Administration, HR Administration, or Payroll Administration. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under pressure. - Good communication skills.
