What you will do

- Run tests to prove that solutions work for customers.
- Fix problems during sales and testing.
- Write documents to respond to customer requests.
- Keep up with new technology and market trends.
- Attend customer meetings to understand their challenges.
- Help create lists of products needed for customer projects.
- Train others inside and outside the company.
- Get and keep certifications from vendors.
- Represent the company at industry events.
What you need
- Experience in designing and setting up networking and security solutions for businesses.
- Experience with servers, storage, and virtual environments.
- Good knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
- Familiar with common IT tools and technologies.
- Good at giving presentations to both technical and non-technical people.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customers.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Technical certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
