What you will do
- Help create marketing plans for the company and its partners.
- Work with brand managers, suppliers, and the marketing team to organize events.
- Keep a record of all marketing activities and events in a spreadsheet.
- Find and manage suppliers for events and marketing materials.
- Make sure all materials follow company brand guidelines.
- Plan and run company events, from small meetings to big functions.
- Manage event budgets to avoid overspending.
- Handle setup, registration, and supplier coordination for events.
- Write reports after events and manage travel arrangements if needed.
- Support the marketing and events team with tasks like creating documents and tracking finances.
- Keep an updated calendar of all events and provide monthly reports.
- Work with the finance team to handle quotes, invoices, and payments.

What you need
- A diploma in marketing.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or event coordination.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own transport.
