What you will do
- Help create marketing plans for the company and its partners.
- Work with brand managers, suppliers, and the marketing team to plan activities.
- Keep track of all marketing activities and events in a spreadsheet.
- Manage the process of getting supplies for events and marketing materials.
- Make sure all materials follow company brand guidelines.
- Help plan and run company events and functions.
- Manage budgets to avoid overspending on events.
- Work with suppliers to make sure events run smoothly.
- Handle travel arrangements if needed.
- Support the marketing and events team with their tasks.
- Keep records of all marketing activities, merchandise, and events.
- Provide monthly reports on events.
- Help with financial processes for large events.
- Complete training as required by the company.

What you need
- A diploma in marketing.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or event coordination.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and stay organized.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own transport.
