Receptionist / Personal Assistant

This is a Receptionist and Personal Assistant role at KMP Media in Bryanston, Gauteng. The company is looking for someone to handle front desk duties and provide high-level administrative support to directors and executives. This is a temporary position lasting three months, and the work will be done on-site at the company’s office.

Key responsibilities include: - Managing front desk duties and first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails - Handling directors’ schedules, arranging meetings, travel bookings, and itineraries - Preparing documents such as correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting action lists - Coordinating with staff, clients, and senior executives - Conducting online research and updating website content - Maintaining confidential records and office supplies - Assisting with basic accounting tasks and supervising an office assistant

Requirements: - Completed university degree in any field - 3-5 years of experience in reception, secretarial, or personal assistant work - Strong communication skills in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Highly organized, able to work independently, and handle multiple tasks under pressure

Preferred: - Accounting qualifications and experience with Sage Evolution - Experience working with multicultural teams and senior stakeholders

Salary is negotiable. This is a three-month contract with on-site work required. Own transport is necessary.
