What the job is

This is a full-time position for a PBE Projects and Operations Coordinator at Sun International, based in Sandton, Gauteng. The role involves supporting the People and Business Effectiveness (PBE) team by helping to organize and manage projects and daily operations.

What you will do

You will provide administrative and coordination support for PBE projects and day-to-day activities. This includes tracking project schedules, maintaining accurate documentation and records, and assisting with reporting and communication. You will also help with operational administration, use project coordination tools like MS Project or Asana, and manage calendars and data entry. Additionally, you will draft communications, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure all project activities are well-organized and delivered efficiently.

What you need

You must have a National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field. A certification in Project Coordination or Office Administration is preferred. You need 2 to 3 years of experience in PBE project coordination and administrative support, preferably in a large corporate or hospitality environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), document management, scheduling, and problem-solving are required.
