What the job is

This is a full-time HR Business Partner role at Sun International in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. The job is part of the People & Business Enablement team, which focuses on improving company performance by supporting employees and managers with people-related strategies.

What you will do

You will work closely with managers and employees to provide HR advice and support. Your tasks will include helping with workforce planning, improving employee performance, managing employee relations, and resolving workplace issues early. You will also assist with organizational changes, boost employee engagement, and develop training programs. Additionally, you will analyze workforce data, implement company-wide HR policies, coach managers, and facilitate HR workshops.

What you need

You must have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You need 5 to 8 years of experience in HR, particularly in business partnering or advisory roles. Experience in workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and supporting managers with HR matters is required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are also essential.
