What the job is

What you will do

You will identify and build a strong list of potential franchise and corporate store opportunities in your assigned areas. You will screen and qualify franchisee leads based on the company’s investment, operational, and brand standards. You will manage the process of turning qualified leads into approved agreements, coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining accurate records. You will research markets, competitors, and demographics to find growth opportunities and assess potential sites. You will also build relationships with property developers, landlords, and franchisees, and support negotiations and documentation for new business deals.

What you need

You need a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Property, or a related field. You must have at least 3 years of experience in business development, franchise sales, commercial property, retail expansion, or a similar role. Experience in quick-service restaurants, retail, franchise, or property industries is preferred. You should also have experience with franchise agreements, site evaluations, commercial negotiations, and franchisee onboarding.
