Additionally, you will track social media performance, interpret data, and present reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with the team to contribute ideas, support paid social media campaigns, and share audience insights with senior strategists.

What you need

You need 2 to 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting. You should have strong skills in content planning, scheduling, and using social media analytics tools. Attention to detail is important, as you will manage multiple client accounts. Reliability, organization, and proactivity are key traits for this role. Advantageous skills include copywriting with a social-first approach, experience in creative brainstorming, and familiarity with paid social media trafficking.
