What you need

You need 2 to 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting. You should have strong skills in content planning, scheduling, and using social media analytics tools. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts are essential. Good copywriting skills and experience with creative brainstorming are advantageous. A degree is required for this role.
