What you will do

You will work in the Cellular Marketing team, turning complex ideas and offers into clear and engaging visual designs. You will create designs for mobile network operators in South Africa, including digital platforms, WhatsApp, retail, and point-of-sale materials. Your role includes developing creative solutions from marketing briefs, preparing artwork for production, and ensuring all designs follow brand guidelines. You will also contribute ideas to improve campaigns, manage daily design tasks, and collaborate with the Brand Manager and other team members. Additional duties include sourcing images, editing photos, and understanding the printing process.

What you need

You need a diploma or degree in Graphic Design and 3-4 years of experience in design, preferably in an agency, in-house, or retail-focused environment. A strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking and execution across digital and print is required. You must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and have experience with motion design, print production, and high-volume campaign environments. Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
