What the job is

This is a full-time position for an Inventory and Finance Administrator at BKB Ltd, a company in the agriculture industry. The job is based in Matsapha, Eswatini, and is part of the Atlanta Products business unit under the PaKHouse Brands division.

What you will do

You will maintain accurate financial records and ensure all accounting practices follow company policies and legal requirements. You will provide general administration support in a packhouse and distribution environment. You will handle general accounting duties, oversee procurement functions, and set up and maintain documentation processes for distribution tasks. You will also take on leadership responsibilities as part of the role.

What you need

You must have a B Com degree in Accounting or Management Accounting. Experience with Syspro software is recommended. You need at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in administration, decision-making, communication, and analysis are required. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft applications, and excellent time management are also important.
