What the job is

What you will do

You will store and label food items correctly and keep the preparation areas and equipment clean. You will monitor stock levels and report any shortages. You will also assist grillers and cooks when needed, perform daily cleaning tasks, support waste reduction efforts, and follow food safety regulations.

What you need

You should have basic kitchen experience, though it is not required. You must understand hygiene standards and be able to work long hours. You need good organizational skills, manual dexterity, and attention to detail. You should also be able to follow instructions, work consistently, have physical stamina, and be a good team player.
