What the job is
This job is with National Brands Limited, a company that makes popular biscuits like Bakers Tennis, Blue Label Marie, and Choice Assorted. You will work at the Westmead factory in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Your role is to help manage the financial side of production. You will make sure all production data is recorded correctly and on time.

What you will do
- Handle many production orders daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Check and calculate how much raw material and packaging is used.
- Fix any mistakes in production records and tell supervisors about errors.
- Prepare reports to compare actual stock with what is recorded in the system.
- Investigate why there are differences in stock counts and help fix them.
- Manage waste records and explain why waste happens.
- Help with monthly and yearly stock counts.
- Record daily production data like finished goods, broken items, and rejects.
- Prepare financial reports and reconciliations.
- Create and update trackers for spending and performance.
- Make sure all data follows company rules before entering it into the system.

What you need
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance administration.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
- A degree or diploma in Accounting or Management Accounting.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and advanced Excel.
- Good reporting and inventory management skills.
