What the job is
This job is with National Brands Limited, a company that makes popular biscuits like Bakers Tennis, Blue Label Marie, and Choice Assorted. The job is based in Westmead, Durban. You will work as a Financial Administrator in the production team. Your job is to make sure all production data is recorded correctly and on time. You will also help manage waste, track materials, and prepare reports.

What you will do
- Record all production data in the SAP system every day.
- Track and report on broken and rejected products daily.
- Calculate and analyze waste, prepare monthly waste reports.
- Manage high-volume process orders and make sure materials are used correctly.
- Fix any errors in production feedback and tell supervisors about mistakes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on production performance.
- Help with stock counts and check for any big differences in stock levels.
- Create and process financial journals and reconciliations in SAP.
- Update and manage time and attendance records.
- Work with other teams like factory, logistics, and quality to make sure month-end processes run smoothly.

What you need
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance administration.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
- A degree or diploma in Accounting or Management Accounting.
- Experience with SAP ERP and advanced Excel.
- Good reporting and inventory management skills.
