What you will do

You will make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell fibre products and services. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and product developments through training and self-learning. Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process is also a key part of the role.

What you need

You need proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in telecommunications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with negotiation and persuasion abilities. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is required, and you must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle pressure professionally. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and additional sales or marketing qualifications are a plus.
