What the job is

This is a Field Sales Team Leader position at Moladira Skills, based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The role involves leading a team of sales agents who sell fibre products in residential areas, apartment complexes, and estates across Gauteng. It is a hands-on job that requires daily travel to different sales sites to support and manage the team.

What you will do

You will manage and lead a team of 4 Field Sales Agents, visiting them daily to check their performance and ensure they are working in the right areas. You will provide coaching, motivation, and support to help them meet sales targets. Your duties include conducting daily briefings, tracking sales performance, and resolving any issues agents face. You will also coordinate schedules, ensure marketing materials are available, and maintain communication with property managers. Additionally, you will handle reporting, quality checks, and customer escalations.

What you need

You must have a Matric certificate and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in fibre field sales, with 2 years of experience managing a sales team. A qualification in sales, business, or management is a plus. You need strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. A valid driver’s license is required, and you must be willing to travel daily across Gauteng and work flexible hours, including weekends.

What you will get

The salary for this contract role is between R10,000 and R15,000 per year. It is a 3-month contract position offering the opportunity to lead a sales team in the telecommunications industry.
