We are looking for an organized and detail-focused Debtors Coordinator to join the finance team at Pepkor Lifestyle, a well-known retail company based in Sandton, Gauteng. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable, ensure timely collection of payments, and maintain accurate customer accounts. Responsibilities include gathering and verifying payment reports, following up on customer inquiries, handling refunds, and resolving complaints. You will also prevent and manage credit card fraud, investigate account discrepancies, and ensure compliance with service standards. The ideal candidate has a Grade 12 qualification (bachelor's degree in finance preferred), 3-5 years of experience in collections/credit control, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
