You will also prepare reports, manage supplier relationships, and plan promotions to drive sales. Requirements include a degree in retail management, merchandising, or a related field, at least 2 years of merchandising or inventory management experience, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with merchandising software (e.g., JDA, Retalon) is a plus.
