We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a full-time job where you will help improve how our business works. What the job is: You will work with different teams to find ways to make our business better. You will look at how things are done now and suggest improvements. You will also help plan and manage projects to make sure they meet business goals. What you will do: - Plan and do business analysis tasks following best practices. - Talk to team members to understand what they need. - Look at business processes and find ways to make them better. - Write clear reports about what the business needs. - Help teams with projects and plans. - Do research to find important numbers and ways to improve. - Help set goals and track progress. - Work with different teams to make sure everyone agrees. - Help test new solutions to make sure they work well. - Use tools like Microsoft Project to manage projects. - Make sure people, processes, and technology work well together. - Work in Agile teams to keep improving. What you need: - A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a similar field. - At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Experience working on many projects at the same time. - Knowledge of business analysis best practices. - Understanding of change management and Agile ways of working.
