What the job is

What you will do

You will also develop leadership skills such as commercial thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. Your journey will end with a business challenge project presented to senior leadership.

What you need

You must have a minimum academic average of 75 percent and a relevant qualification in technology, finance, or operations. You should show evidence of leadership through university, work, community, or entrepreneurial experiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required, along with a desire to make an impact and improve how things work. You should be curious about technology, business, and the future of financial services, and be adaptable to work across different functions and environments.
