What the job is

What you will do

You will develop AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. You will build scalable AI solutions, including orchestration pipelines and RAG-based applications. You will connect AI systems with other business tools through APIs, data platforms, and cloud services. You will deploy and optimize AI agents in places like Microsoft Teams and Power Platform. You will also ensure security, governance, and compliance with Responsible AI practices, and monitor and improve AI performance. Additionally, you will mentor team members and help create best practices for AI development.

What you need

You need 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar AI platforms. You should have experience building and deploying AI, machine learning, or Generative AI solutions. Knowledge of agent-based architectures, conversational AI, and RAG pipelines is required. Strong skills in Python and API integration are a must. You should also be familiar with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including data integration and cloud services. Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices is a plus.
