As a Junior Merchandiser, your main tasks will include checking and managing stock on shelves, determining which products need merchandising, and drawing up stock requirements. You will inspect products for quality, check price tags, and ensure proper stock rotation. Duties also include executing merchandising activities according to the cycle brief, handling customer complaints, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. You will record all merchandising activities and report out-of-stock products to your Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements: Must be under 28 years old, have completed an N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management, and be eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. No prior work experience is required.
