What the job is: This is a full-time Team Leader position at Huntswood, based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The role is open to current employees working on the Hilton GVRS Collections Estate. Huntswood seeks a leader with customer service experience to guide and support the team in delivering excellent service to clients.

What you will do: Manage team performance, ensure service level agreements are met, handle HR issues, and implement rewards/incentives. Provide coaching, conduct call checks, and drive continuous improvement. Responsible for team development, knowledge sharing, and completing reports.

What you need: Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification, current employment on Hilton GVRS Collections Estate, Hilton LOBs accreditation, US collections experience, and a clean HR record. Strong technical skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to train/upskill teams required.
