This is a 4-month contract role for an Operations Manager to support a USA-based campaign. You will work at Huntswood’s office in Cape Town, Western Cape, with flexible working hours (including shifts between 1 PM and 8 AM SAST). Responsibilities include overseeing Team Leaders, managing KPIs, handling HR matters, and ensuring operational excellence. Requirements: 12-18 months of experience leading teams at Huntswood (preferably as a Team Leader), Matric/NQF Level 4 qualification, and experience with US campaigns. Intermediate Excel skills and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
