This job is for a Studio Traffic Manager at a well-known retail marketing agency based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The agency has been around for over 20 years and works with many retail, commercial, and consumer brands. The role requires an organized and calm individual to manage the busy studio, ensuring projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow from project start to final delivery
- Lead and supervise creative operations team
- Assess project briefs, deadlines, and workload capacity
- Schedule tasks based on priority and adjust for urgent needs
- Monitor overall studio workload and prevent overloading
- Manage freelancers within budget, including invoicing and monthly reporting
- Translate project requirements into realistic timelines
- Support agency values and systems

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an advertising agency
- Proven leadership in studio/traffic management
- Strong computer skills (Office 365 suite)
- Functional home office for remote work
- Excellent multitasking and attention to detail
- Resourceful, practical, and quick-thinking
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Offer Details:
