We are looking for a Stores Manager to lead the daily operations of our storage and inventory systems. This role is part of the Empact Group’s Supercare division, specializing in cleaning services. Based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, the Stores Manager will ensure stock is well-managed, goods are handled safely, and the warehouse runs smoothly to support company goals.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day store activities, tracking inventory, implementing waste-reduction strategies, and overseeing receiving, storing, and distributing goods. You will collaborate with suppliers, conduct regular stock checks, train staff, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:
- Experience in stores management or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
