Based in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, this role focuses on managing cleaning contracts for shopping centers and other commercial facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of cleaning contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Regularly inspect cleaning teams' work to maintain quality and effectiveness
- Collaborate with management to create and adjust cleaning schedules
- Address customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally
- Train and support staff on cleaning standards and safety protocols
- Manage costs related to cleaning services to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:
- Experience in contract management, preferably in cleaning or facilities management
- Strong understanding of cleaning processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Organizational skills with ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Matric certificate (qualifications in Facilities Management or related fields preferred)
- Certifications in cleaning management or health and safety standards advantageous
- Experience in retail or commercial settings a plus
