What the job is: This job is for a Store Supervisor at homechoice, a well-known South African homeware retailer. The company has been helping customers create beautiful homes for over 40 years. You will work at the Northgate Shopping Centre showroom in Roodepoort, Gauteng. Your main job is to support the Showroom Manager by ensuring the store runs smoothly, sales targets are met, and everything follows company rules.

What you will do: You will help the Showroom Manager improve sales and ensure the store is productive. This includes checking that sales staff follow selling rules, handling promotions, and maintaining company procedures. You will manage stock, handle cash, and supervise staff. Other responsibilities include training new employees, writing reports, and ensuring store safety.

What you need: At least 5 years of retail experience, with 3 years in retail administration or operations. Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification required. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a clean criminal/credit record are essential.
