What the job is

This is a Store Manager position at PEP in Musina, Limpopo. You will be responsible for leading the store team to meet business goals, including driving sales, controlling costs, reducing risks, and maintaining high store standards.

What you will do

You will increase sales by focusing on excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, well-organized store. You will manage stock to prevent losses by following security measures and proper cash handling procedures. You will control costs by promoting efficiency in the store and ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines. You will lead, train, and coach the store team to improve their performance. You will also maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards in the store.

What you need

You must have a Grade 12 certificate and be proficient in English. A degree or diploma in a business or retail-related field would be an advantage. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role. Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft or Google GSuite, is beneficial. You need strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for retail and a willingness to go the extra mile are essential.
