This job is for a Stock Controller at Ellahi Consulting, which works with importing and exporting seafood products. The position is based in the Atlantis Industrial area, near the Western Seaboard and Blaauwberg regions in the Western Cape. You will be responsible for managing stock control activities to ensure accurate inventory records and smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and cold storage environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily stock control tasks, including checking stock levels, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies like missing or damaged items.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and process orders on time.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to assign tasks and ensure operational efficiency.
- Verify product quality before dispatch and maintain clean, safe cold storage conditions.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Finance departments.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Tertiary qualification in Warehouse Management, Stock Control, or Logistics is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in stock control or similar roles, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Experience in seafood, meat, or dairy industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) and tools like Teams and OneDrive.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
