What the job is

What you will do

You will lead the design and architecture of complex software systems. You will provide technical guidance to development teams and participate in hands-on coding to ensure the solution matches the architectural vision. You will translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. You will define and enforce standards, design patterns, and best practices. You will address non-functional needs like security, performance, and scalability. You will engage with clients to present solutions, provide recommendations, and gain their approval. You will mentor team members to improve their technical skills. You will ensure proper implementation of software development processes and manage technical risks.

What you need

You need at least 8 years of experience in C# development and software engineering. You must have experience in designing enterprise-level systems and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming. You should be familiar with architectural and design patterns, as well as working with relational databases. Experience with .NET or Java frameworks is required. You must be able to design systems that meet performance and scalability needs. Strong communication skills are essential to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A relevant degree or diploma, along with Matric Mathematics (Higher Grade), is required.
