This role is for a Software Delivery Lead at Confluent in the financial services industry. You will create programs to improve engineering skills and ensure compliance with financial services regulations such as data protection and audit requirements. Experience leading software teams, influencing cross-functional teams, and working in regulated environments is required. Familiarity with financial services, credit, insurance, or similar industries is advantageous.
