This is a full-time position for a Skin Therapist at Dermalogica, the world's leading skincare brand. You will work in one of their retail stores in Cape Town, providing professional skincare treatments and acting as a brand ambassador. Responsibilities include performing facials, skin analysis, and other treatments while meeting monthly sales and treatment targets. You will also conduct client consultations, record details in the POS system, and follow up with customers. Additional duties involve store activities like inventory management, training workshops, and maintaining a clean treatment area. Qualifications include a recognized Skin Care Qualification at NQF Level 4 (minimum 2 years of training/experience). Must be comfortable working evenings/weekends, passionate about skincare and retail sales, and confident in customer interactions. Previous Dermalogica experience is advantageous.
