You should understand network architecture, hardware, servers, databases, and cloud computing. Knowledge of software development, enterprise solutions, and cybersecurity best practices is required. You must also understand water distribution, treatment processes, and industry regulations. The ability to align ICT strategies with business goals and make informed decisions is essential.
