What you need

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and a postgraduate qualification in an IT-related field. You need at least 8 years of experience in information services, with 5 of those years in a management role. You should understand network architecture, hardware, servers, databases, and cloud computing. Knowledge of software development, enterprise solutions, and cybersecurity best practices is required. You must also understand water distribution, treatment processes, and industry regulations. The ability to align ICT strategies with business goals and make informed decisions is essential.
