Senior Business Analyst - Financial Services

This is a contract position for a Senior Business Analyst in the Financial Services sector based in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will work with a high-performing team at iOCO, specializing in technology and business transformation. The role involves taking full ownership of projects, working directly with senior leaders, and driving initiatives from start to finish. Responsibilities include analyzing complex business challenges, gathering requirements, creating BRDs, user stories, and test documentation, leading workshops, and supporting data integration projects. You will also manage UAT, defects, and project timelines while building reports using Power BI and Excel. Experience in financial services, Agile methodologies, and technical skills like SQL, APIs, and Jira is required. A relevant degree or certification is mandatory.
