This is a full-time Project Coordinator position at iOCO, a company working in cloud technology and services. Based in Cape Town, Western Cape, the role focuses on supporting cloud projects by keeping everything organized, on track, and well-communicated. You will work closely with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize project plans, schedules, and documentation (milestones, action logs, decision records).
- Update project trackers, maintain risk/issue records, and ensure proper filing of project paperwork.
- Coordinate daily activities (meetings, workshops, follow-ups) and track deliverables/deadlines.
- Assist with onboarding (access requests, logistical support) and financial tasks (budgets, invoices, timesheets).
- Ensure documentation meets quality/compliance standards and improve processes through lessons learned.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or Commerce.
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination/administration (preferably in tech/cloud).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Agile/cloud tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written communication.
