What the job is
A property management company in Bellville, Western Cape, needs a Senior Bookkeeper. You will handle the full accounting for about 30 residential and commercial property clients. You will report to the Financial Manager and work in a busy property management office.

What you will do
- Manage the full accounting for a group of property clients.
- Do daily bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Handle payments to suppliers and collect money from clients.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets.
- Present financial statements at meetings with property owners.
- Make sure all tax and legal requirements are met on time.

What you need
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Bookkeeper.
- Experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
- Must speak English and Afrikaans fluently.
- A relevant accounting qualification or similar work experience.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and your own car.
- Must be good with people, organized, and positive.
