What the job is
This job is for a Senior Bookkeeper in Bellville, Western Cape. You will work for a property management company. You will handle the finances for about 30 residential and commercial properties. The job is full-time and on-site.

What you will do
- Manage the full accounting process for property clients.
- Do daily bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Handle payments to suppliers and money coming in from clients.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and yearly budgets.
- Present financial statements at meetings with property owners.
- Make sure all tax and legal requirements are met on time.
- Work closely with property owners and trustees.

What you need
- At least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
- Experience in property or real estate is a plus.
- Must speak English and Afrikaans fluently.
- A relevant accounting qualification or similar experience.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and your own car.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
